Simple rules.

When do I get paid for a homeowner referral?
As soon as your friend's project is funded into escrow, $50 cash is added to your withdrawable balance. You can request a withdrawal immediately. If your friend cancels and receives a refund within 14 days, the $50 is reversed automatically.
When do I get paid for a pro referral?
Pro referrals mature after 90 days. When the referred pro stays subscribed for 90 days, your cash ($100–$500 depending on tier) becomes available for withdrawal. If they cancel before 90 days, the referral is forfeited.
How do I get paid?
Request a withdrawal from your referral dashboard. We pay via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or ACH. Minimum withdrawal is $50. Processing takes up to 5 business days.
Do I need to be a member to refer?
Yes — create a free account (30 seconds) to get your unique referral link. This lets us track your referrals and pay you securely.
Is there a cap?
$5,000 per year per referrer — generous enough to reward power users, conservative enough to keep the program a referral program (not a sales channel).
What disqualifies a referral?
Self-referrals (same email, phone, or household), canceled or refunded projects, and anything flagged for policy violations.
How long is the tracking window?
60 days from the click. If your friend submits a project within 60 days of using your link, you're credited.
Can I refer pros too?
Yes — pros that join the network and stay subscribed for 90 days earn you $100–$500 cash depending on their tier.
