1. The marketplace
Innolux Master is a marketplace that connects homeowners and businesses ("Clients") with design, renovation, and construction professionals ("Providers"). We are not a party to any contract formed between a Client and a Provider, and we do not perform construction, design, or renovation services ourselves.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be 18 or older to use the platform.
3. Bids and selection
Clients invite Providers to bid at their sole discretion. Innolux Master does not select, recommend, or endorse any Provider for a specific project. The decision to engage any Provider, accept any bid, or sign any contract rests entirely with the Client. See our Bid Disclaimer for details.
4. Provider verification
We review Provider applications for license, insurance, and work history before granting a "verified" badge. Verification is a screening step, not a guarantee of quality, suitability, or ongoing compliance. Clients are responsible for confirming credentials directly before engaging any Provider.
5. Payments and contracts
All deposits, change orders, warranties, and contracts are arranged directly between Client and Provider. Where Innolux Master facilitates payment between the parties, funds are held by our regulated payment processor (Stripe) and released to the Provider on the Client's approval or by the auto-release rules disclosed at checkout. Innolux Master is not a bank, escrow agent, fiduciary, or guarantor of either party's performance, and does not insure project outcomes.
6. Prohibited use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including by submitting false project information, scraping listings, harassing other users, or attempting to circumvent verification or fee structures.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innolux Master is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any work performed by a Provider engaged through the platform.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice.
